Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using VerifyDrugLabel.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using VerifyDrugLabel (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
VerifyDrugLabel is an informational and accessibility tool that retrieves and re-presents medicine-label information from public U.S. FDA datasets. It is not medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans begin after a 7-day free trial and renew automatically (weekly, monthly, or yearly) until cancelled. Web payments are processed by Stripe; mobile subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by those stores' terms. Cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not pro-rated except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it to provide medical advice to others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is.” FDA data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and automated extraction can err. We do not warrant that the Service is error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Always verify against the physical label.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuskField Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
