The medicine-label app you can actually trust.
VerifyDrugLabel turns any U.S. medicine label into something you can read, hear, and verify — grounded in official FDA data, not guesswork.
Why we built it
Prescription labels are small, dense, and easy to misread — especially for the 130M+ adults over 40, the 53M caregivers managing someone else's medications, and anyone holding a bottle in an unfamiliar language. Most "AI pill scanner" apps guess. VerifyDrugLabel instead looks up the official record from the U.S. FDA National Drug Code Directory, then re-presents it in large, high-contrast type and reads it aloud.
Built on universal design
Large type, AAA contrast, and read-aloud aren't an afterthought — they're the core. Features that help a low-vision user help everyone: the parent reading infant dosing at 2am, the traveler with an unfamiliar pharmacy bottle, the caregiver double-checking a refill.
VerifyDrugLabel is built by DuskField Studios. It is an informational tool and does not provide medical advice. Always verify against the physical label and consult your pharmacist or doctor.
